Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs that blend operational improvement, digital technology, analytics, and AI.

You will collaborate with client executives, plant leaders, and IT/OT teams to turn priorities into scalable solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and decision-making across plants and networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business
4–6+ years in digital manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field
Experience shaping or delivering AI, analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing
Experience with ontology, knowledge graphs, RAG, or similar data governance approaches
Ability to translate AI use cases into data, knowledge, and architecture requirements
Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects across manufacturing and tech

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities
Collaborate with design and delivery teams to shape demonstrations and roadmaps
Capture lessons and feedback to update design backlog and solution roadmap
Assess processes, data flows, and constraints across plant and network environments
Define deployment roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
Lead design, prototyping, testing, training, and benefits tracking
Support technical sales with demonstrations, estimates, and proposals
