Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will work with client executives and plant teams to apply operational improvement, digital technology, analytics, and AI to boost productivity, reliability, and visibility.

You will help scale AI across plant and network operations. You will guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, APS, and analytics environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with manufacturing data models, semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, RAG, or related approaches.
• Ability translating AI use cases into data, knowledge, architecture, integration, security, and value requirements.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects linking manufacturing with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and translate reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Prioritize solution enhancements, validate use cases, and shape demonstrations and deployment readiness.
• Capture lessons, requirements, constraints, and feedback to inform design backlog and roadmap.
• Assess processes, data flows, and technology constraints across plant and network environments.
• Define requirements, data mappings, integration needs, acceptance criteria, and deployment roadmaps.
