Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing transformation programs. You will combine operational improvement, digital technology, analytics, and AI to improve productivity, quality, and visibility across plants and networks.

You will collaborate with plant leaders, operators, engineers, IT, OT, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions, establish trusted data foundations, and drive measurable outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial tech consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation programs from design through value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and deliverable plans.
• Coach multidisciplinary delivery teams and manage scope, risks, and communications.
• Shape and deliver AI use cases with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead knowledge graphs, ontologies, and data models across plant and network environments.
• Plan AI pilots with data readiness, deployment, and scaling across sites.
