Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will drive programs that combine operational improvement, digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI across plant and network environments.

You will partner with executives, engineers, IT, OT, and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and scale predictive, generative, and agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions.
• Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, RAG, or AI grounding in manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to translate AI use cases into data, knowledge, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities.
• Shape demonstrations, assess readiness, and define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Define and implement manufacturing ontologies, data models, and semantic layers across plant, edge, and cloud environments.
• Plan and execute AI pilots, drive adoption, and scale value across sites.
