Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will collaborate with client executives, plant leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in productivity, quality, and AI-enabled operations across sites.

You will shape data foundations, define ontologies, and guide knowledge graphs and RAG-based AI strategies, while managing scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and roadmaps.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, historians, EAM/CMMS, WMS, and AI services.
• Plan AI pilots, value framing, data readiness, deployment, and scaling.
