Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience using MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and work order management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry in ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, update, and maintain production work orders using MRP/ERP systems.
• Track work orders from initial material preparation through production and completion.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on outstanding work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to maintain accurate production schedules.
• Review work order information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with production requirements.
• Monitor material availability and communicate shortages or replacement needs.
• Track WIP and provide updates regarding production status and inventory levels.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve scheduling and material issues.
• Generate and process shipping documents using MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate material records.
• Assist with tracking material usage and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain records of work orders, production activities, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation.
• Prepare production reports and administrative documentation as needed.
• Follow up with production personnel regarding pending orders and deadlines.
• Coordinate with inventory, shipping, purchasing, and manufacturing departments to support workflow.
• Utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and MRP/ERP software to manage information.
