Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and optimize manufacturing schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

You will balance forecasts, inventory and capacity while working with procurement, manufacturing and logistics to secure materials and resolve conflicts. The role requires 2–4 years in production planning, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong data analysis, ERP/APS proficiency, and cross-functional communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP/APS tools; strong data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on forecasts, inventory, and capacity.

Job Summary

The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production schedules that meet customer demands and company objectives. This role involves analyzing production specifications, capacity, and demand to develop schedules that maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedule based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to synchronize production activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and APS tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
