Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in production scheduling or related area.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to production operations, machine shops, or similar facilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing production requirements.
  • College-level education is a plus.

Admin Production Planner Stockton, CA | $22.00–$23.00 per hour | Full-Time Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to support manufacturing operations in Stockton, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate sales orders and MRP demand into organized and achievable production schedules.
  • Release and manage work orders from inception through completion.
  • Monitor workflow throughout the manufacturing facility to ensure parts move efficiently from one stage to the next.
  • Follow up with production teams regarding job status, timing, and potential delays.
  • Expedite operations that may impact production schedules and adjust schedules as unforeseen conditions arise.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to determine the status of assigned projects and production requirements.
  • Prepare work orders to initiate production and maintain the flow of parts through the facility.
  • Prepare production reports and status updates for management.
  • Close completed work orders and prepare shipping documentation for final customer shipments.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping details and delivery information as needed.
