Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and general communications.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and plant team.
• Maintain accurate customer and facility records and attendance boards.
• Update daily performance information and training records.
• Process new-hire paperwork and ensure I-9 documentation is complete.
