E xecute administrative tasks to manage assigned Regional Area Manager (RAM) accounts and act as a reliable back-up for the RAM when necessary.
Build strong rappor t with customers and distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding order placement, fabrication status, and delivery.
Coordinate the transit of technical assets , including receiving and sending customer drawings and ensuring all system due dates remain highly accurate.
Order Processing & Data Management
Manage the complete lifecycle of sales and purchase orders , including entering, updating, processing, and releasing orders for fabrication across all internal tracking systems.
Maintain database integrity by accurately entering and updating profile information for customers and distributors.
Prepare, process, and file essential commercial documentation, assisting with calculations and operational report preparation as needed.
Investigate and resolve internal, external, and vendor inquiries regarding order discrepancies, determining and executing the appropriate corrective actions.
Manage field issues and product returns (warranties, replacements, and repairs) by processing orders and coordinating releases based on directives from the Technical Resources team.
Experience: 3+ years of professional customer service, account coordination, or sales support experience (experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort navigating order management/ERP software.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal production teams and external clients.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot billing, delivery, or fabrication discrepancies while strictly adhering to company process guidelines.
