Job summary

Responsibilities

• Builds working relationships with customers by requesting quotes and processing orders.
• Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner (goal - within 24 hours).
• Learn and maintain working knowledge of customer systems (i.e., EDI, In house systems, matrix, etc.)
• Liaison for customer and Sales Team with internal departments.
• Negotiate with internal and external customers to resolve issues/concerns.
