Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and send prompt order acknowledgements to key customer accounts.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments, including paperwork creation and truck scheduling.
• Generate purchase orders for fasteners and component parts to support production needs.
• Invoice customers promptly upon receipt and shipment of finished goods.
• Print and distribute production routers on weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc schedules.
• Follow up on past due purchase orders and inventory requests.
• Work cross-functionally with production and office staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with internal employee benefits communication and address general workforce questions.
• Review and correct production timesheets to maintain accurate reporting.
• Maintain detailed administrative records and discrete files for confidential business processes.
