Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking an Account Manager to build durable customer relationships, oversee order processing, and ensure timely material flow. You will collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities include accurate order handling, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing data to improve inventory and delivery performance. This role is on-site in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Four plus years in purchasing or material planning, materials management.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics and QA to meet schedules.
• Monitor inventory and optimize material flow to customers.
