Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in customer service, account management, or order processing.
• Two or more years’ experience in international/domestic shipping and logistics preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) and Salesforce SFDC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through the entire order cycle from entry to shipment.
• Generate shipping packets, schedule transportation, and confirm shipment details for domestic and international orders.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Shipping, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Safety and Regulatory departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Advise Sales and other departments to address customer needs and maintain satisfaction.
• Answer inquiries regarding products, services, and other functions.
• Identify and resolve order issues, track shipments, and expedite as needed.
