Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Brookville, Indiana, to identify an Account Manager/Customer Service Support professional. This role focuses on building relationships, managing orders from quote through delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

As the primary contact for customers, you will coordinate orders, provide updates, and support invoicing while balancing pricing details and cross-functional teamwork

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or account support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Process customer orders and updates with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide order status, delivery information, and lead times.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics for on-time fulfillment.
• Assist with pricing information and account questions.
• Resolve concerns, complaints, and returns while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays proactively.
• Maintain customer records in company systems.
• Manage customer portal activity (orders, invoices).
• Collaborate with accounting on invoicing inquiries.
