Cartamundi North America is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate requirements from inquiry through production, delivery, invoicing, and payment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage multiple projects, build strong customer relationships, and work across Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, Production, and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy. On-site in East Longmeadow, MA, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of externally facing account-management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience with quotation processes, pricing tools, and cost calculations.
• Experience working with international customers or cross-border teams preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry through final delivery and payment.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent customer projects from inquiry through production, delivery, and payment, maintaining priorities, timelines, actions, and communication.
• Build strong customer relationships to retain existing business and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify, communicate, and manage risks related to customer requirements, pricing, materials, production schedules, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, communicating effectively and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Coordinate customer-requested changes with documentation and approvals.
• Attend customer and production meetings, documenting requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Ensure quotation processes are followed and quotations delivered within turnaround times and expectations.
