Cartamundi East Longmeadow is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate requirements across the full order lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally to maintain communication, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role requires 5–7 years in externally facing account management in manufacturing, with strong project coordination and SAP experience. On-site at East Longmeadow, some travel may be required.

Formación

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to payment.
• Coordinate multiple projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to retain business and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and manage risks related to requirements, pricing, materials, and delivery.
