Job summary

Cartamundi East Longmeadow Llc seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate requirements throughout the full order lifecycle from inquiry to payment. You will manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 to 7 years of externally facing account-management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Experience with quotation processes, pricing tools, and cost calculations.
• Experience with international customers or cross-border teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry through final delivery and payment.
• Coordinate multiple, concurrent customer projects from inquiry through production, delivery, and payment.
• Build strong customer relationships to retain existing business and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify and proactively manage risks related to requirements, pricing, materials, production schedules, quality, and delivery.
