Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• At least 3 years of sales experience is required; B2B or offline business development experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential merchants, including restaurants and stores, to join the platform by presenting products and services.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to merchants in target areas to pitch cooperation and complete onboarding procedures.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term merchant relationships through regular business support and visits.
• Collaborate with onboarded merchants to develop platform strategies, optimize performance, and grow order volume and GMV.
• Propose and coordinate promotional campaigns with Marketing to increase merchant exposure and transactions.
• Manage merchant backend data and settings to ensure smooth operations and accurate information.
• Monitor market trends and merchant feedback to support business decisions and product improvements.
