TheGuarantors is a fintech company helping multifamily owners and operators mitigate leasing risk while expanding access for renters. We’re adding a Customer Success Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) to guide renters in qualifying for their dream homes as we expand rapidly across the country.

You will manage a pipeline, communicate with customers in English and Mandarin, and gather data to fuel improvements in the user experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong math and analytical skills.

• Manage a pipeline of deals and proactively follow up with customers to move deals forward and drive revenue.
