TemPositions Group of Companies seeks a Mandarin-speaking Case Manager in Flushing, Queens, NY to provide trauma-informed advocacy and direct services to families facing housing instability. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop goals, and coordinate housing, education, and employment resources.

• Experience conducting intakes, assessments, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and case management.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed, client-centered practices and cultural humility.
• Ability to assess vocational and educational needs to aid job readiness and economic empowerment.

Mansioni

• Provide trauma-informed case management to families affected by housing instability through advocacy, education, and resource coordination.
• Complete intake and assessments of needs for stability and safety.
• Provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention to residents.
• Maintain required documentation to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with city and state regulations.
• Practice client-centered, trauma-informed services in all interactions with residents, staff, CBOs and stakeholders.
• Participate in professional development trainings to enhance clinical skills.
• Attend weekly supervision, group supervision, monthly case conferences, and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services and Program Director.
