Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.
• Conduct data collection and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers and support generalization of skills at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed session documentation and data.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA knowledge and skills.
