Lighthouse is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will build rapport with clients and families, delivering tailored interventions to promote growth and independence.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the BCBA and team to optimize treatment plans. Strong documentation and communication with caregivers are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.
• Conduct data collection and track progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers and support generalization of skills at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed session documentation and data.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA knowledge and skills.
