Lighthouse CH, a New York City-based ABA therapy provider, seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the BCBA and families to promote skill development and independence. Applicants should have a high school diploma; ABA experience is a plus. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive setting.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship to promote independence and well‑being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress for effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals, progress, and strategies for home generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and data.
