Job summary

Lighthouse ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement evidence-based interventions and track progress to improve communication and independence.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured setting.
• Foster a positive, engaging therapeutic relationship to support independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals, progress, and strategies for home generalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and data.
