Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA and help them reach individualized goals in a supportive setting.

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or autism spectrum preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct data collection and progress tracking to ensure outcomes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate progress and strategies to parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and notes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
