Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy and data collection methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children following treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and promote independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about progress and strategies.
