Job summary

Universal Processing LLC is hiring a POS Systems Specialist for a fully onsite role in Flushing, NY. The position requires a technical background, direct client interaction, and onboarding of new users for POS software and hardware. Strong Mandarin reading and writing skills are essential.

You will troubleshoot remotely, collaborate with Sales/Operations, and help with inventory management while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US at time of hire (E-Verify).
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese - Mandarin reading and writing required.
• 1–2 years of experience with POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, and configure software and hardware for deployment.
• Onboard and train new users for deployed software and hardware.
• Perform remote troubleshooting via phone and remote control tools.
• Identify and analyze issues for software/hardware.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales for POS inquiries.
• Collect user feedback and work with Development for product improvement.
• Assist in inventory tracking and management.
