Workday is seeking a Managing Partner to lead a high-value Education & Government practice, driving executive relationships and successful deployment of the Workday solution. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure adoption, and position additional value within customer portfolios.

Success hinges on cultivating multi-institution relationships, guiding complex deployments, and delivering strategic engagement plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions.
• 8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships.
• 2+ years with cloud-native HR/Finance software in implementation roles.
• Experience with higher education or government markets is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
• Guide deployment and adoption success in enterprise transformations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position and upsell services.
• Support prospect sales cycles with implementation activities.
• Drive customer self-sufficiency and engagement with Workday services.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
