• Experience guiding complex enterprise deployments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage executive relationships creating a long-term partnership with mutual accountability.
• Oversee deployment and adoption success with planning for new features and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and upsell Workday products.
• Provide guidance to prospect sales cycles and support implementation activities.
• Drive customer self-sufficiency and expand value through platform ecosystem offerings.
