You will develop a high-performing team and act as a senior technical leader, mentoring members, shaping delivery, and partnering with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Privacy to unblock delivery. This role balances hands-on delivery with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, implementations, TPM, etc.).
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements and architect scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor team members with strong technical judgment and customer management.
• Balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership to unblock delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, GTM, Science and Privacy.
