Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while directly owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role combines people leadership with hands-on technical ownership, shaping outcomes for both customers and the team.

You will mentor engineers, drive end-to-end delivery across multiple systems, and partner with Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, and GTM to unblock delivery and scale our solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Ability to operate at both leadership and hands-on levels.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach).
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems.
• Provide clear performance feedback and career guidance aligned with Technical Solutions expectations.
• Mentor team members and model strong technical judgment, customer management, and execution.
• Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership and strategic planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, GTM, Science, and Privacy.
