Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads and to own a subset of the organization’s most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership.

You will develop a high-performing team, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple systems and stakeholders, partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM to scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• 1-3+ years managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach)
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions across multiple systems
