Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to join our team in Herndon, VA. As the Executive Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, security, and management of our global IT ecosystem.

You will oversee multi-cloud architecture across GCP, Azure, AWS, and OCI, drive cloud FinOps, Zero Trust, and infrastructure automation,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing highly technical engineering teams.
Proven experience migrating datacenters to cloud environments.
Expert knowledge of cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS, OCI.
Strong automation, scripting, and API coding in Python, Terraform, Ansible.
Experience designing architectures for CMMC and SOC2 compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-tier engineering and operations team across time zones to ensure high availability and security compliance.
Serve as primary escalation point for data center and infrastructure outages, including incident command.
Oversee multi-cloud architecture across GCP, Azure, AWS, and OCI for Commercial and FedRAMP tenants.
Drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
Lead Zero Trust network architecture with micro-segmentation and global SD-WAN deployments across 60 locations.
Direct management of enterprise VDI and 10,000+ endpoints using BigFix, JAMF, Intune, and Google Workspace MDM.
