Job summary

Focus Financial Partners seeks a Director of Technology Operations to lead the operational service management function within Infrastructure & Operations. You will govern partner-delivered day-to-day operations across networks, servers, cloud services, monitoring, and identity/access management, ensuring runbooks, SLA/KPI adherence, and governance compliance.

You will partner with Architecture, Design & Delivery to validate new capabilities and ensure operational readiness before handoff,

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure operations and governance across distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM practices, incident/change processes, and executive-ready reporting.
• Ability to partner with architecture, cybersecurity/risk, and PMO for operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Service Delivery Managers for performance and accountability across infrastructure areas.
• Define operating expectations, service review cadence, escalation handling, and performance reporting.
• Own service health, SLA/KPI governance, and monthly/weekly reporting for visibility and improvement.
