You will mentor engineers, architect scalable solutions, and manage high-stakes customer work while aligning with Product, Engineering, GTM, Science, and Privacy teams to remove delivery blockers and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach)
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts and portfolio

• Scale systems and drive repeatable frameworks across projects
