WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client practice. This leadership role emphasizes recruiting, mentoring, and cultivating a high-performance culture to propel firm growth.

You will help shape WealthBridge's future while leveraging the firm's 175-year history, brand strength, and infrastructure to grow your practice with independence and clear leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
