Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead and scale the firm’s advisor team while continuing your own client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and shaping the future growth of the firm.

You’ll leverage the firm’s long history and brand strength while enjoying the freedom to grow your practice with leadership responsibility and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
