WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for the role of Managing Director, Advisor Growth. This leadership position focuses on personal growth and team development, while continuing your own client work.

You will build and lead a team of experienced advisors, recruit and mentor peers, and foster a high-performance culture. The firm offers strong brand support and a long history to back your leadership vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
