WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position emphasizes leading a team of experienced advisors while continuing personal client work and driving growth.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing group, leveraging the firm’s 175-year history and strong brand to scale practices and leadership capabilities in a flexible, guiding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
