Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director, Advisor Growth. The role focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing personal client work.

You will recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help steer the firm’s future growth with the support of our long-standing infrastructure and brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
