Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to step into a Managing Director role. You will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing to work with your own clients and helping to grow the firm.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture across the practice, aligning growth with a long-term vision. With access to the firm’s infrastructure and brand, you’ll shape strategy and client experience in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long‑term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
