WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. You will recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of growth and excellence across the firm.

The role leverages the firm’s 175+ year history, offering brand strength and support to scale your practice with a leadership style that reflects your strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
