WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director, Advisor Growth role. This position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work.

You will recruit, mentor, foster a high-performance culture, and shape the future growth of the firm. With 175+ years of history, the firm offers strong brand support to grow your practice and lead with your vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
