WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director, Advisor Growth role. You will lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture, helping shape the firm’s future growth with the support of a long history and strong brand behind you. The role emphasizes leadership development, business growth, and building a cohesive practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
