Labor Equity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Ohio-licensed attorney to conduct consultations, manage ongoing federal employment law matters, and represent plaintiffs in employment-related cases. This remote position offers a flexible schedule, pre-screened client leads, and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate will be an Ohio-licensed attorney with employment law experience, EEOC and DOL matter exposure, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while handling

Qualifications

• Active Ohio law license in good standing.
• Experience practicing employment law.
• Experience with EEOC matters, including mediations and conciliations.
• Experience handling matters involving the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
• Current admission to at least one applicable U.S. federal district court.
• Willingness to obtain additional federal court admissions if required, at the attorney’s expense.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• We are seeking an experienced Ohio-licensed attorney to conduct consultations with qualified prospective clients and manage ongoing federal employment law matters.
• This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule, pre-screened prospective client leads, and an AI-assisted legal workflow.

Compensation
