Remote Plaintiff Employment Attorney (Nationwide Practice)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

Bonus: 10-25% + Discretionary bonus + Percentage of fees recovered

This team represents employees across the country in wage and hour disputes and other employment-related claims, handling cases that actually move the needle. What You’ll Do

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery (propound and respond—no hiding from it)
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle hearings
• Negotiate settlements and, when needed, take cases to trial

What You Bring

• J.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Solid grasp of wage & hour laws (FLSA, state equivalents)
• Comfortable owning cases—this is not a hand-holding environment
