The Atlantic District is hiring a Multi-line Insurance Agent to serve Washington, PA. You will meet with residents and business owners to assess risk, explain coverage choices, and design comprehensive protection plans across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Must have active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience in a professional sales or customer advisory role is preferred.

• Strong organizational habits to manage multiple client files and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local residents and business owners to assess risk management needs.
• Explain insurance concepts in simple terms so clients feel confident in decisions.
• Compare options across product lines to design protection plans.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure policies evolve with life changes.
• Participate in local community events to build agency awareness and connect with neighbors.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all policy transactions.
