Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a driven individual to join our Manager Development Program as a trainee in the United States. In just 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with clear paths to leadership.

Location is on-site in our local office; schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours. You will learn to recruit, develop staff, manage performance, and support in all management duties while

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending best service.
Offer optional products to serve customers best.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
