Tower Loan of Mississippi is offering a Manager Development Program where you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations. The program leads to leadership opportunities across our offices in Mississippi.

You will learn every day through a structured 10–12 month path, with competitive pay and incentives, and a strong promote-from-within culture that supports your growth and future leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
