Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Development Program trainee to grow into leadership roles within consumer finance. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, with a clear path to advancement.

The program offers competitive pay, incentives, and a strong promote-from-within culture, with on-site hours Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and occasional extended hours. Relocation may be required for promotion.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties including delegation, staff development, and performance management.
